Worthington Farm Work-out

If its nice out I try (and try is the key word) to run/walk/jog somewhere outside instead of the gym. The Worthington Farm at Monoacy Battlefield is one of those places.

Run 0.6 miles and meet these.

Take pictures. Run back, or walk by then. Repeat 3 days a week. Or when weather is nice. Or when I need to remember what a cow looks like.
